I am selling my beloved Monster 796 (ABS) as I'm just not getting the opportunity to use it. It was bought, new, in January 2012 and is a 61 plate – currently on a private registration plate and this will be transferred prior to sale. It is the ABS model and has only covered 1800 miles from new. It has only ever been ridden in the dry and has been garaged at all times. The body kit fitted is the Ducati Corse Monster Art kit, which was an optional extra at the time of purchase. It has also had the grab handles fitted from new but I have never had anyone ride pillion. In addition, it has Ventureshield Paint Protection Film on the tank panels. This bike is truly stunning and it will be hard to find a better looking monster of this age and with this mileage. It has been serviced three times by Ducati Glasgow including the belts at last service. This 796 model comes with a single swing arm, a red tubular steel trellis frame, Pirelli Diablo Rosso tyres, Digital unit displaying: Speedometer, rev counter, clock etc, extremely lightweight aluminium alloy Y-shaped, 5-spoke wheels, Brembo brakes front and rear and immobilizer. In addition, it has a micro-bikini fairing and single seat cover fitted as standard. This bike is spotless and in as new condition. Really fun bike, easy to ride and very reliable. Been asked by PM a couple of times about the red scheme for this bike. I got this corse kit from new and although I bought the red kit from eBay, this is no longer available as sold a few months ago.
