Well-known Italian motorcycle manufacturer Ducati has used this year's Motorcycle Live show as the extraordinary platform in which to celebrate the 20th anniversary of one of its most famous bike ranges.

Drivers who headed along to the event were able to celebrate two decades of the iconic motorbike Monster by visiting Ducati UK's Monster 20th anniversary stand.

In total, nine significant models of the well-loved range were brought along to Motorcycle Live 2012, each of which displayed not only the quality of the machine but the passion shown by their respective owners.

After being shown off to crowds, a judging panel that included Ducati Sporting Club president, Antony Espindola, and Ducati racing legend, Paul Smart, voted Liz Evans' 2006 Monster S2R800 to be the most attractive bike on display.

Commenting on the appeal of the Ducati Monster range as a whole, Tim Maccabee, managing director of Ducati UK, pointed out: "Everyone knows what an important part the Monster plays in the recent history of Ducati and of course it is not only a Ducati legend but also one of the most familiar and respected bloodlines in the Motorcycle world."

  2. Never went but the photo's look good. I think the main man at the UKMOC put in quite a bit of effort.

I would'nt complain if those bikes were all lined up in my garage.
