my ducati 696 2011 as been on charge for 7 days red and amber lights are on when should the green light come on (maintainer mode)
Isn't amber/yellow maintenance mode? When I hook mine up, it's usually red and green, then eventually switches to red and yellow.
Have you tried turning the maintainer off, disconnecting and reconnecting it to the battery and turning it back on? My Optimate sometimes shows an error condition, which disappears if I follow the procedure I just outlined.
