Ducati have finally released the full detail for WDW2012. With advanced ticket sales skyrocketing towards a new record for World Ducati Week 2012, Ducati have now given a sneak preview of a packed programme of four full days and nights of high-octane fun, further enhanced by the “Desmodromic passion” that make Ducati motorcycles so special. The huge programme of activities for WDW2012 at Misano 21-24 June – titled “Planet of the Champions” – will revolve around five theme-based areas that are set to create a memorable event for the thousands of Ducati enthusiasts flocking to the Adriatic Riviera from around the world. I dont fancy a boring ride south through France so we are over to Dusseldorf, bike on the overnight train to Allesandria, then Thursday night in Florence and on to Missano for the weekend. I am then going to take 5 days in the alps and north to get home, thats my kind of holiday
Hmm, now that sounds a great idea. We've always endured the ride through France as penance for the fun in the Alps and down through Italy, but next time your idea seems worth a look
