Hello all Reluctant sale of my 2013 Streetfighter S which i have owned for the past 4yrs. The bike has covered just 4922 from new with a mot history to back this up. No expense has been spared on this bike on maintenance and upgrades. In my ownership the bike has been set up on the dyno (with print out) at Louigi Moto Ducati specialist in Bristol and they recently did a full service including the important timing belt change (May 2022). The bike comes with Termignoni exhausts with matching race ecu which as stated has been mapped and dyno correctly. I have spent a small fortune on genuine Ducati upgrades and accessories. Also it has other aftermarket upgrades which i will list below. I also have all the original parts that will come with the bike plus 2 keys and original handbook and documents plus all mots from new. I also have the DDA kit for datalogger The bike is in immaculate condition and would make an ideal investment as they are a rare sight now. The bike is Mot'd until Sept 2023 and is fully serviced ready to go. I'm happy to answer any questions or take photos of specific areas if required. Genuine interest only please as I'm not desperate to sell so i won't be giving it away. It would be great to sell to a fellow enthusiast. so just under 5K miles? lovely bike - strong price, but only my opinion and probably difficult to find one comparable in the UK.
I agree, maybe more attractive to buyers with a little less red tat and maybe a couple of grand cheaper. Not slagging off btw…
I just found my dream bike... Search for yours https://www.autotrader.co.uk/bike-d...del=Streetfighter&radius=1500&sort=price-desc This one been for sale for 6 months. I should have bought the one from RiteBike at £8k last month.
Price is dependent on two things: Desperation to sell What someone will pay Regardless of if someone thinks unicorn blood is part of the sale at that price (can you tell us whether it’s O or A please ), if the right buyer is found they will pay what they think is the right price. And if not desperate, hanging in for quite some time to find them is an easy fix
I agree yes you can but it will start depreciating from the moment you ride it away. There are not many 1098 streetfighters out there so personally i would say its a investment. Each to their own as for what kind of bike you want and what you want a bike for, its a second bike for me and as the previous poster said its dependant on desperation to sell or what someone wants to pay. I'm not desperate to sell so it can continue to sit in the garage if there is no genuine interest. Lack of use and space is the reason I was testing the water.
Goes without saying, that price is entirely up to you - I can think of some cars with far higher - i.e. plain ludicrous pricing compared to yours, considering what's on offer.
You'll likely see your asking price if you oem it and sell the goodies seperately. Its a ball ache, but thats my experience of selling Ducati's. Its a very nice well looked after example with nice bits but the market will ultimately decide. GLWS. If someone is prepared to spend £60k on a V4SF with a lurid paintjob, then theres always hope.
I sold my red frame black wheel 2011 SFS with 8600miles at the beginning of the year for £13k. There are people out there who specifically want that late spec bike and there’s not many out there. I’d hold out on that price and see what happens. Good luck with the sale !
Hi, You should reconsider your asking price. Probably all original would make more. Anyway good luck with the sale - which you will regret in 6 months or so, at least I did and bought myself a brand new one in ‘13, which is still here, MY13 S are rare and hard to find….Cheers.
