Ducati T-Shirts

  1. Has anyone noticed that official Ducati T-Shirts are the weirdest fit ever?

Ive got a lovely Black/White Meccanica shirt that i never wear because its cut for a fat man with arms like pipe cleaners, and today i tried a couple on and they are exactly the same..Really baggy and loose around the middle and really narrow across the back, shoulders and arms?? wtf

Before my neck injury/surgery when i was into body building i would've said fair enough, but now even though i look like ive got polio with one skinny arm and one normal arm (thanks to nerve damage and dead muscle tissue), its the same story..

    Anyone else noticed this?

  2. Cut to fit the demographic mate, try a George at Asda shirt, just the same...

  3. Bloody hell, they messed up the orders again.

    Swap..?

  8. Badly made T-shirts? I blame the 10-year old Bangladeshi children who work 14 hours a day making them, for doing it wrong.

  9. Can you please tell them to work harder and more diligently please.

    Or just beat them.

  10. Lately they've been burning them and the factory down :frown:

  11. Delete some old ones :upyeah:

  12. Its not just ducati t-shirts i find this in general with t-shirts & shirts regardless of where I buy them from. You order a large or XL and it comes and its mega tight around the arms/shoulders and yet baggy around the waist. Its a right struggle to find stuff. Like the OP i used to be very much into bodybuilding up until about 8 o 9 years back, and since then have shrunk... so god knows how id have managed if i had remained the size i used to be.

  13. What I hate are t-shirts that are cut too high on the neck. Unfortunately, it's very hard to know what they are going to be like before you get them.

One of the best t-shirts ever was the one you got at WDW2000, which was an Asics. It's low on the neck, quite thick and incredibly hard wearing. Even the logos are still pretty present and correct. I still wear it, after 13 years, and it is still more or less presentable. It's had loads of wear.

Whereas, the DRE t-shirts are thin, high on the neck, poorly designed and rubbish. I have two and almost never wear them. Not all t-shirts are equal.

  14. Ive bought a few of their t-shirts. I have to say they are all fine except one. It went dull. Was the Puma brand type. But in gerneral they are good quality. Same as the Alpine Stars ones, they are good but do go out of shape.

  15. I got a freebie T-shirt at Mugello 2007. My brother lobbed his thinking it would be tat but I'm still wearing mine (albeit for work), turned out to be one of the hardest-wearing t-shirts I've ever owned. The only other item of marque-branded clothing I own is an MZ T-shirt - my favourite:upyeah:
