  1. I’m over in Venice just now and noticed there’s a Ducati dealership nearby, has anyone been?

  4. Yes, me. I was there last xmas and new year's with the girlfriend. It is quite small but nice and friendly enough. If you take the bus from the airport towards Venice as the bus comes through the town of Mestre, keep your eyes peeled and it is on the right hand side in a light industrial area. The bus stops literally right alongside on the via Orlando, the main and only road into Venice. You can jump off, have a scout around and then catch the next bus and be on your way. I have no clue if they speak English so good luck!

  5. I thought I’d driven past it :)

  6. I’m here until Friday morning so will probably head along tomorrow, so it’ll be on the left heading towards the airport.

Looking on maps it’s next to Lidl and I remember seeing that on the way in.

I’m presuming they sell clothing as I fancy a new top

  7. Take some pictures for us if you remember:upyeah:

  8. Never knew that. I was there a couple of months ago and took the bus from Mastre to Venice a couple of times. Would have popped in if i’d have known...

  9. I didnt know there was one in Venice. When i visited Venice in July i needed a rear tyre. I went to Ducati in treviso, after a bit of google translate on the receptionists phone i got the message across, unfortunately they only had a supercorsa in my size, which was definitely not going to last the drive back to Edinburgh. But they organised for me to get a new tyre at the pirelli centre down the road

  10. Ducati Barcelona is worth a visit if anyone is near the Sagrada Familia. They even do their own Ducati Barcelona t shirts.

  11. Yep, passed it a few times when I was there in Sept. Can't say I was tempted to go in as it looked just like any other dealership.

  12. Just been, didn’t bother with any pics, leaves a lot to be desired.

Purchased a jacket and a t-shirt, prices seemed decent but unlike our own dealerships there was no atmosphere, choice of stuff wasn’t the best either.

Everyone has been buying themselves gifts so wanted to treat myself.

  13. This is the place.

I was in the Dolomites for 10 days with a Multistrada group in 2015 and we took a trip down to Venice for the day and stopped in Ducati Venezia on the way. While there I bought a new Matris rear shock for my Scrambler for the equivalent of £300 which I thought was a very good price.

  14. During the season it’s probably more lively but this time of the year it’s more like a ghost town.

  15. We stopped at the Carbike dealership in Maremma near Grosseto Italy last October. It was a cool shop, smallish with only a handful of bikes. The parts guy knew a little bit of English and was really nice. I bought a Maremma Ducati Club t-shirt and got a good deal on a Ducati suitcase. They also sold Benelli's...I'm told they are gaining in popularity.
We did actually fly into Venice but didn't stay. Actually we barely found our way out of the airport parking ramp! It was an awful experience.
(I don't think I've posted these before, apologies if I did)
