  1. How long did your documents take to come through from Ducati. Had my Multi a month now and nothing. Dealer says all in order but it does take a while.

  2. I've had mine just over a month also and still waiting for details of Warranty and Ducati Assistance Card.

  3. Took 2 months for mine. Just a piece of paper, nothing special

  4. Had my bike at the dealers today. Asked about my warranty which I bought in Feb. Apparently it hadnt been issued as there was an outstanding recall on the bike. Nice of them to tell me after taking the money for it. Should be through soon......allegedly.
Seems that the warranty thing is such a farce. its not as if its a new idea ffs.

  5. Had my letter and waranty/roadside assistance card today. Thats 5 weeks so not too bad I suppose given that May was the best month for sales in the history of Ducati.
