Anyone used DucatiStore.co.uk recently? Ordered a comfort seat 3 weeks ago that is being 'sourced from group stock' i.e. Manchester, they say it has to go to Preston first to be checked (?) before being sent to me in York ... they seem to have stopped responding to me on email now, wondering if it's refund time ...?
Ducati Manchester has its advocates and its detractors. Several people on here have found that items advertised on DucatiStore.co.uk were not actually held in stock and they had to wait several weeks for delivery. Given the vast empire that is Ducati Manchester, these could be isolated incidents but disappointing none the less. Andy

Thanks Andy, don't mind waiting if it has to come from Italy or wherever but I've been told several times 'we're expecting it tomorrow'. Disappointing indeed.

Oh I don't mind that but I was told repeatedly it was coming from group stock (Manchester) but the shipping labels on the box tell a different story! Doesn't matter anyway, got it now.
