Neither Joey Dunlop, Trevor Nation, or Mike Hailwood ever had their hands on this set, yet would have raced on the same products! For those that don’t know these tyres, they are the super-triangle shaped profile that was so scary to ride on, unless the bike was on its ear! As can be seen, they are as new and have done virtually nothing since they were born in 2002(?) Mind you, they’ve been kept in a large, sealed plastic bag in the attic in my garage, so it would have been almost impossible for them to do anything! The rubber still feels quite sticky and the sidewalls show no crazing or cracks, even so, they are probably best reserved for a display bike, or one that gets wheeled around at shows.... however, given their excellent condition, I’d be happy enough to ride on them at a sedate pace. Ideal tyres for BSA Gold Star, Manx Norton, Matchless G50, Norton Commando etc ... £50 Collected Liverpool (or courier at buyer’s arrangement)
