1200 DVT Dvt Top Box

I think that DVT's rear rack is the great fail. Why they abandoned the proven solution with four holes? Now all manufacturers forced to invent lodgements to mounting their devices. It make their goods more expensive, at least.

 

I went with Hepko and Baker, smaller rack with fold down handle, smaller top box (bigger options available)

I have both a Ducati top box, and large give trekker, as it is a mono type also a small give box, I am sure there are many options

 

I don't understand this, the rack is pretty well same as previous MS rack a mono type that fit many give boxes. not sure why anyone would want to fit anything else? unless it is to have a complete huge side panniers and top box all inter connected.

I wish there was a solution to remove the back section of seat and fit a plate in its place to fit another box Rather like a BMW GS puts the option of more weight then further forward

Well it does on mine anyhow

 

I bought the rack separately (literally having to order all the constituent parts individually!).
I then bought a little 30L monkey Givi box. Didn't want the mahoosive 45L jobbie.
