just got back from my local dealer after a quick dyno run on the 1199s after an error code/ battery change to check it over before a track day next month. it has had no mapping done yet, but air filter, Rapid bike evo and full system with dB eaters fitted. just interested to see others power curves and numbers to see if im up or down lol pic to follow
My 1199 from BSD Performance basic re-map with standard exhaust. Slightly different scale but pretty similar. Oh, and this is in good old imperial units...
My 1199 looks pretty much the same as the graphs above, with the same midrange hole and 175 at the top. My friends 1199 which has had work done on it by someone shows 195 on the same dyno on the same day, with nearly a straight line power curve.
the rapid bike was a huge improvement for the road use, and i did do a comparison on the 1299 with and without it fitted and there was a difference in power and throttle Response i just cant remember the figures of the top of my head 10-15 ps i think
I've just done about 350km on my revised 1199 and the rapidbike is sorting it out now, mid rang is feeling really sweet. Shift assist has been a bit fiddly but finally sorted today, can't wait for the track next week.
Thanks cookie, very loud but in Australia it's not a problem at most tracks. Had the Ti Akra on it last year the Temi seem much louder.
