Just hit the impulse buy button on these. Not heard of them before and there is little info on the Web. Are they class or trash? Paid £110, brand new unused.
They'll serve their purpose , I bought a set similar to use in competitions, and they survived two seasons of heavy weighting by me changing direction rapidly from side to side on the bike. Only broke when sliding down the road.
i know that company! they're fine man - they are one of the only businesses on this side of the world to sell gear levers for the 848 (aftermarket). They sell out of a lot of their stock so riders must trust what they're ordering. tell me what u think after install please £110 makes me feel impulsive too!
I agree with RickyX, had those exact rearsets on my 748sp, really nice, made in UK by Kirk Morgan precision engineering but I dont think they are going to fit a 999
The footpegs swivel 360 and they have 2 mounting holes .... as said look like 748 figment compared to mine but might be wrong.
I will find out when they land and let you know - they appear to have the 999 twin hole fitment - is the 748 the same?
Look like the 999 ones to me. I ordered a set of 916 sets from kirk morgan a couple of weeks back. The 916 sets do not have any heel guards as standard so I reckon they're the 749/999 ones they do.
Indeed they were 916/996/998 ones as most suspected - received a £30 refund so got them for £80.00 so an even better bargain
Just found out they fit my Prototype 999 as the frame is built to accept 998 footrest hangers
