  1. What are peoples thoughts on this? I have found it quite intrusive.

Until I read the handbook I would have sworn it was working in the complete opposite way as described!!

I'm probably going to change mine to 2 or 3 and see how I get on.

  2. have you tried it yet ? 0 is max braking 3 is least will feel as if the bike is getting pushed into the corner ,im still on 1 doesn't seem to bad compared to twins of old ,years ago before slipper clutches were the norm, we used to turn tickover up to about 3k but it was only on track ,lets know what you think may as well use you as the test pilot lol

  3. Tried it on both 2 and 3. Setting 3 was the least obtrusive but plumped for level 2 for road use. I will set it to level 3 for track days.

  4. I'm on 2.

  5. I just ride it in whatever the settings are in 'race' and I'm happy seems to be better than whatever the settings are in 'sport' never been in wet.

  6. For track use, 3 will let you run into sweepers more smoothly... in tighter turns it wil let you run wider so the gear picked might change... in chicanes or tightening turns.. 2 will keep you tighter and braking becomes less critical as the bike will keep slowing down ... if you use 41 tooth rear or equivalent front, this becomes more pronounced

EBC is really a per track setting thing...

anything below 2 increases the jerkyness at low revs or speeds...
