Took the M1200 in for its service today, and reported engine cutting out when closing throttle. This is an intermittent fault, the mechanic looked at it and diagnosed a leak in the airbox. effectively only ticking over on one cylinder, worth a look if you are experiencing similar issues. Getting this done on warranty, upside I have got the use of a Multistrada V4S, while the work is being done. Happy days.
