I'm looking to ditch the bulky oem switch and swap it for a sleeker one. Has anyone done this before and what's the wiring like / needed to change? Thanks guys.
that should be able to swap the pins over so you fit the 999 plug housing on to other switch wires.....youll probably even find the wire colours are the same.....
There were seven wires from the oem plug but only four required. ( there were three yellow and red redundant ones) then it was a case of seeing which wires matched the engine kill switch with the new switch gear and the remaining two for the start button. Very happy when it actually worked!
