Why did Eurosport the so called " home of Motorsport " decline to show the Bsb from brands hatch live today and instead put highlights on at 7 tonight. Started watching and after 1 lap there was an ad so switched off. I pay a subscription for this so I might as well cancel it and stream it on the net for free. Rant over!
During the Eurosport coverage of qualifying yesterday, the commentator announced that (as it turned out some of) the racing would be shown live on Quest from 12:30. He did say why but I cannot remember, something about cycling ? IIRC this is not the first time the Eurosport coverage of British motor sport has been shown on Quest. Andy
Who was the brave person who left their 1199 at the front of the Ducati Owners club section (by the "Kentagon") getting everyones sticky ice cream fingers all over it ? You're a braver man than me thats for sure lol
Quest is a sister channel to Eurosport and this is the second time they have shown live bike racing using this channel. I am\have been away for the weekend with no Sky or other coverage to watch it, but I did record it realising that Quest might be used again. It would help if Eurosport would make this more widely known that they use Quest as and when it suits them to broadcast events that overlap. It was only by luck when setting up recording before I left home that I decided to check out Quest just in case they had done it again from the first time this had occurred. Possibly this may be more widely known if they are informing people via Twitter or Instagram, I don't use either though.
