1299 Even After The Carbon Canister Removal

  1. Still, to this day, if my bike gets hot... say reading around 200 degrees F, it will fail to crank if I cut it off. Now it does not always do this but when it does it is annoying. Perhaps I should try installing a larger diameter vent tube? I know most of you UK folks dont have the California emission so this may be a useless post.

    I plan to tear down the bike for cleaning and installing clear bra kit this week.
     
  2. Check out the wiring upgrades for the starter motor. Exact sell them. Seem to solve the starting issues.
