Just servicing my V2. I noticed that the front exhaust hanger is cracked - these aren’t expensive but this is the second one to break on my bike. Is this common or is something specific to my bike causing this? Either way, might be worth checking yours.
How old is it? I'd say a manufacturing or design defect if that's 2. I never had the issue on mine (that I noticed) although it did blow a hole in the link pipe.
Bike is 2yrs old. First broken hanger was noted at the 1st yr service (4000 ish miles) and replaced by me (Dealer was being awkward about replacing it) and I discovered this broken one tonight at 8100 miles.
