Hi all. Sorry to ask what might seem a stupid question ,but can someone,in plain easy to understand terms tell me what is the difference say between WSB machines,BSB machines, Superstock, Tri Nations etc. And how far removed from our road going sport bikes they might be.
Superstock bikes are pretty much those in the dealers, with a few minor tweaks WSBK are nothing like the bikes in the dealers and what teams can do depends on the rules. This year for example I believe they're still allowed traction control (I may be wrong - ive only been up for an hour) BSB are similar spec to WSBK, but as is often the case, slightly older machinery. No TC this year for example and a few other regs Don't forgot you have difference classes within the grid such as the Evo class, which normally run at a greater level of restriction Next year its all change again :Bag:
