Faded Kill Switch

Hi all,
I’m a newbie so please excuse my lack of knowledge. I’ve just bought a 900ss ie and am looking forward to getting it back to its former glory. I’ve been looking at the switch gear and every picture I see the kill switch seems to have faded far more than the other switches. Does anyone know of any way to restore it back to its original colour. I’d appreciate any good advice. Cheers
