As the thread title suggests. Faint light, 2010 ABS model, Mivv decat and end can. Light appears very faintly and is intermittent. Bike is running superbly. Any pointers as a starter for 10?
It'll be the clock assembly. They all go eventually. Condensation, water etc seems to effect them all at some point or other,
as above/don't know your bike but just generally, if light appears on more frequently when only at idle and only when hot then worth taking more seriously, plus possibly sender unit faulty/shorting out due to moisture?
I know another bike same model and year that is displaying the same symptoms. Dealer reckons it's the dash.
Almost certainly the dash Early models suffered moisture issues, and eventually short out causing the dim lights you are experiencing Only fix is a new dash I suspect
Mine does the same, 2010 plate, indicator and recently the neutral light disappears. It all reminds me fondly of an old Alfa I used to have.

Yes mine did this but I got a new dash under the extended warranty. Well done Aero for finding a more sensible repair!
