Anyone have an experience with these on a 2013 ? Ive got a LV decat and end can fitted which left me running lean with some popping in the lower revs and down shifts. I though as a stop gap I would fit some fatducs until such time I can fund a map. However, upon fitting I notice they make next to no difference! Am I missing something ? Thanks.
Ditch the fat ducs. They need a carefull remapping. First person to me a 2013 for full remapping gets 50 percent off
Psy69, i have a 2013 GT with the exact same set up and still running and noticed the exact same. Lots of popping and banging on oncer run and down shifts. CJS, What method of mapping do you use to map and set up the bikes? Do you rework the standard ecu ? Or fit power commander ? Do you do dyno work for a custom map individual to each bike ? What about the different modes? Do you map each mode or only 1 Mode ? Sorry to hijack you post Psy69 but I have the exact same issues. ;-)
Would seem fatducs are not an option for the 2013, possibly something to do with ignition changes for the dual plug configuration ? unless of course someone can confirm they are running them without issue. Ive reached out to Chris at CJS for him to work his magic,,,so probably a blessing in disguise
One the mts1200 2010 - 2012 just unplugging the sensors makes the bike run better but not perfect. The default tables are still bad. However on the panigale eliminating the o2 sensors without tuning the tables makes the bike run very very bad. They are using a different technique or route via ecu tables. I assume the 2013 multi is the same. but they can be fixed
