So it final happened after a year of owning. Fuel light on 77 miles 30 miles on reserve and it cut out. Shook it about a bit managed to get another mile and luckily coasted round the corner to a garage. Filled to the brim 14.66 ltrs. Just a bit of info don't do more than 25 on reserve. How many of you have had this i wonder?
Glad that the shaking worked. I've never run out of fuel in 40 odd years of using it in boats, cars, vans & bikes. I just don't want to walk to the petrol station!
