Hi All Came back to bikes about 8 years ago and just got a 1098S as a second bike. Has quite a few niggles including the irritating immobiliser cutting in, seat cowl is knackered, I think the display has a back-light issue. Getting the fairing off has been with every fixing rotted but I'll replace them all when it goes back together. Most importantly though, it runs okay, sounds amazing and goes like the clappers The plan is to get it A1 ready for when some decent weather returns. So you'll see me on here frequently with lots of questions I'm sure!
Cheers. It doesn't look quite so impressive today though . It's gradually coming a part bolt by rusty bolt and I keep finding more bits that need sorting. Note to self, if he price looks good there is always a reason!
