First Big Bike

  1. Hi guys,
    Had my monster 696 a month or so, my first big bike, a long time coming!, looking to get my hands dirty after I've got the essentials out of they way; tracker, crash protection etc, would love to see what others have done with there dukes and get some advice on things im looking to do!

  10. crash protection on my monsters has always been provided by Evotech. Easy to fit and not a bad price.

    I wouldnt bother with a tracker personally. I wouldnt want it back once some scrote has nicked it. Big chains, and a garage is best bet.

    I had a 696 a few years ago (mx09eht) it was a brilliant bike. Did loads of miles within a year, and did a TT trip. Swapped it for a M1100s as wanted a bit more grunt and it was a bit small for me in size.
