Hi guys I’m new to the forum, I had an r6 for 6 years and thought I would save for a 1199s, delivered 2 days before lockdown brought from Ducati with 3 months warranty. Went to take out the following day and had an engine light error and transmission light on, due to lock down I can’t even get booked in to get this fixed, now the 3 months warranty is running out, will Ducati extend the warranty if it goes over three months? Haven’t even taken out delivered with the fault. So annoying. What’s your experience with customer service with issues.
