  1. Does anyone know if a 959 shock will fit on a V2?

  2. Pretty sure it does. @Phill748 will confirm or not I suspect.

  3. Yeah it fits fine. Whether the length is exactly the same I’m not sure but the fitment is okay. I personally fitted a Ohlins TTX which was length adjustable and had come off a 899 so I just matched the free length to my standard V2 shock

  8. 899/959 shock is 3 mm shorter than the V2 version fwiw

  9. it is, so if using aftermarket, make sure it has length adjustment on it

  10. Doesn’t the 899/959 version have the length adjuster at the bottom?
I know the 1299R shock has but unsure about the others…

  11. No mate

  12. As said above the 959 shock is shorter. I had the Ohlins TTX from my 959 converted to fit the V2 by Colin and 100% Suspension, you have to change the bottom eyelet. Think it cost me about £100 in parts and labour if i remember correctly.
