  1. 20 min after work so quick action cam fitted.

    Whip side panel off.

    Locate TB's

Remove throttle cable. Throttle full open and then run a small screwdriver down the cable as you close it

One bolt to whip off the old cam.

    58 Dollars gets you

It is very light and CNC machined

Lot smaller than the old one

Loctite the nut on ( I know this is the wrong type of Loctite but it was all I could find and due to it only having a little bit of thread it should be ok)

    New part fitted

The result is about 10 degree less movement not huge but enough.

Cable back on and adjusted to the revs do not rise when you turn the bars lock to lock. (It used to rev its tits off on full right lock)

Hope for time and weather this weekend to try it

  2. Keep us posted, I have thought about getting one of these but I'm too tight to pull the trigger

  3. Will do. Might get a ride this weekend if the weather is good

  4. Howdo!!!
Fitted one to my ST3 and found the throttle response to be to heavy - became more of a pain in town. Be interested to see how you get on.

    Cheers Pablo

  5. 50 miles today and I love it. The throttle is a bit heavier but feels a nice balance. WOT is just as wrist gets uncomfortable rather then needing a second handful.

The only issue is that 60 in top requires just a crack of throttle and that crack is a lot less movement now. I am very rarely not accelerating or braking so not an issue for me
