The previous owner of my bike had no indicators at all, (supermoto style supposedly) but it turns out it has an integrated tail light just not wired in. So I looked at the wiring and found 4 wires not connected to anything under the seat:- 2 green/yellow & 2 white/black? The White/black appear to be indicator 12v 1left+1right but don't flash! The green/yellow wires seem to be flashing ground left & right but the tail lamp only needs 12v flashing input left and right. So connecting the White/black wires to the tail light means the indicators work but don't flash anyone know what I'm doing wrong or what the solution is?
Jimmy, if it helps have a look at my recent thread on installing my Zard cans.. I also installed the rear break light for the top box. This only connected into break light wires but that might give some info. Unplug cables for indicators and numberplate light SX=Left DX=Right Pilot= Number plate light I thought I posed something about which wired to go into for the break light but I can seem to find it.. green (OEM wire) to live, white/black (OEM wire) to negative. This is reversed for some reason on right where green is negative white/black is live. Hope that helps Oh that's on evo and 796 don't know about others
