Fly+ride To Wdw

  1. I met a guy on Sunday who is tranporting bikes and luggage to WDW2016.
The cost is £595 and the bikes will be delivered to the circuit. His name is Rob James and can be contacted via [email protected]
    Based at Horsham.

  2. I met him too. The long ride down to Italy has always been part of the pleasure but if this ceases to be feasible due to advancing years, it becomes an increasingly attractive option to get the bike shipped down and do all the riding in the sunshine.

  3. Yes Pete, I would rather ride but if pushed for time its a good option and the hotel/fuel/tyre/ferry cost for return trip is probably about the same as £600+2 budget flights. When Ive been to WDW (2002/2010) we made a 2 week trip out of it by going to the WSB/MGP race the week before or after, with a week round Italy inbetween. With fly/ride you're probably a bit restricted by their schedule.

  4. Just shows how good value a Euro 3 day trackday trip is.

£595 usually gets your bike and kit to the track and back, along with 3 days on circuit and 3 nights b&b in a nice hotel.
