ive used avanti a few times they've got good stuff, and customer service is great, i had a foot peg arrive broke and they replaced it the next day no problem.
I meant has anyone used the "Rear set" footrests, not Avanti!!! But good to know they (Avanti) are OK to deal with!
Yep I've got them on my 1098. I like them as there a cheap way of being able to adjust the height and angle of the pegs. I struggle with the standard setup as I'm 6f4. Also have the adjustable brake lever which works well and gives even more flexibility.
That's exactly why thought they might be worth a try - I'm "only" 6ft 1in but "every little helps! Do you remember how much they were? They're marked as Out of Stock on the Avanti web site at the moment.
I think there were around £30/ pair for the footrests and something similar for the brake pedal. I bought mine off eBay. Don't be out off by the Chinese stuff because it is the same as Avanti. I think I bought mine from a seller called M-Factory. Delivery was pretty quick too.
