For sale my 2009 Ducati 848, 5,900 miles. Absolutely mint and has been treated with only love and care. Always garaged, never ridden in the wet. I am the second owner and purchased the bike originally with 500 miles on the clock. The first owner who had sadly fallen ill could not ride the bike and so had it stored in his lounge. My 848 has just passed its MOT on 20/03/14. I have just paid for 6 months tax from 30/03/14. It is ready for the summer. I put on Termignoni silencers at the end of last summer (installed by JHP Ducati Coventry including ECU and new filter) and they sound incredible. I have kept the standard exhausts and they will be included in the sale. Also included are FG Gubellini stands front and rear for keeping the bike off the ground. The Michelin Power Pure tyres have very little mileage on them. They are great tyres much better in my opinion than the Supercorsas that is came with. The bike has a single seat cowel (original rear seat retained and included in sale) which looks amazing. There is a JHP Ducati Coventry master cylinder for lighter clutch action. This makes the bike much easier in heavy traffic. Inlcuded are the original 2 keys, code card and handbooks. Original Ducati owners manual and filled in/certified service manual and history. Ducati Coventry JHP serviced. 500 miles service by first owner was done by Protwins. The Cam belts replaced at the end of last summer, so the expensive service is out of the way. All original parts including exhausts are included for the asking price. Additional large size number plate and original hanger also included. Chain adjustment tool also included (never used) Will include a full printed copy of the 848 workshop manual. I do not honestly believe you will find a better 848 at this price. I may be interested but have to sell my bike first. (It is advertised and I hopefully get the right price?) I'm ideally after a white 848, but looking at your pics I could be persuaded otherwise! (The blue leathers may need to be changed though??!) Looks great though, and if I don't sell mine first, I wish you luck with yours!
Sounds good, I'll be putting up some better pictures when I get a chance as these were phone shots taken late night in the garage. Apart from the bike being in incredible condition all the extras make it a great package. Not in a massive rush and only advertised here at the moment so lets see what happens, Matt
