1200 Fork Cartridge Bottom Bolt Torque?

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by cvancek, Jan 6, 2024.

  1. I am in the process of putting andreani cartridges in my marzocchi forks, they say to tighten the lower bolt which holds the cartridge to the torque in the manual.

It is not specified anywhere in the manual, the torque. It was on there quite tight

Anybody have some idea? The bolt is M12x28.5 with the o-ringed washer

  2. Ask Adreani.

  3. Marzocchi fork end terminal fixing screw 10* Nm - Sequence 1-2-1

This is from a 1200 torque sheet so take that as you will. And I don't think it's the same bolt you're talking about...

  4. This is for the axle clamp bolts

  5. Figured as much, it's the only listed item on the sheet showing as Marzocchi. Maybe someone else will have the specs.

  6. In the end i just snugged it down with a 1/2 inch ratchet with my wrist, not swinging on it. Probably around 30 Nm
