What fork oil weight and air gap do you guys recommend I putin my 98 748 with showa forks?

Thanks for all the info peps, but I don’t know if I’m justbeing thick or that table is hard to understand I still don’t know what oil isbest?
I have some Motul factory line medium weight in the garagewill this do or is it to heavy?
