As above, a seventeen digit frame number. I know the first three letters, ZDM, stand for Italy, Ducati and motorcycle. The tenth number is year of manufacture, the eleventh is a "B" so Bologna and the last six are production numbers. What about the rest?

Thanks for posting that Tom. I`d already found that but, although some of the frame numbers correspond to the ones in that list, digits 4-9 seem to be completely different.
