After a nightmare with cerakoat, I've settled on powdercoating my frame so it can finally be put back together. For those that have powdercoated their 998 (or 996) frame - what colour / code was it?
As you mentioned 998 or 996, I presume you mean the grey as opposed to the older 996/916 bronze... I ran into this issue when trying to buy paint to match my Pitbull front stand to my rear stand and frame. The closest I got was this: https://www.colorrite.com/product/ducati-gray-metallic-2096.cfm I bought the aerosol kit and the match was pretty good tbh. Perhaps it's worth a try to reach out and push them for the paint code. Not sure how that would translate into a powder colour code.
