i had a honda xl250 motorsport frame and swingarm and other bits done 3 years ago for £140 cash in edenbrige/kent but that was three years ago!,as for the sticker i think someone on here has printed some copies!? they will come out of the woodwork!

I removed the headstock on mine when having it coated.I dont remember it being a problem.I also put old bolts in any thread I could find.Dont forget to tell the coaters to mask off the frame number,you wont see it otherwise!I dare say a bike specialist would know this and do it anyway.I took mine to a local place iirc it cost around £60,for just the frame.
when I had mine done I paid an extra few quid , maybe 60 or so and they did an anti rust coating first so if the powder gets chipped, rust would form and cause the coat to bubble off. Might be worth asking your coater, seemed a good idea to me..
