just a quick question, I got the bike out yesterday from underneath its r&g black cover, the bike has been outside and in the sunlight, so it was rather warm under the cover, when I moved the bike, applied the front brake, and could pull the lever to the grip, nearly all the way in, I put the bike in the garage, and went out about an hour later, the feel was back to normal, and the pre-ride brake tests were ok, should I be alarmed at this?? or was it the heat that made something expand, its a 62 plate bike with 1800 miles is it the level 3 heatwave were having
Yes I've noticed that there's a lot of play in the front brake lever on mine since the hot weather started. Brake performance doesn't seem to have been affected though.
been to Snells today, and all the ABS bikes have similar situation Panigale, Diavel, Multi etc, but like Dave said at static his Panigale lever pulls to bar, but once moving pulls cleanly at 180mph, on track of course
