The decision is all but made looks like I'll be trading my VFR1200 Crosstourer for the Multistrada 1200s What on average can you expect, mileage wise, to get from a tank of petrol? Or of course average mpg?
I'm getting mid-to-late 40s mpg even on a spirited ride chasing a hyabusa... He had to refuel at the coast and I didn't.. I only got about 7 litres in and he had used 12... If I ring it out a bit more obviously it will use more and I would also get the plod paranoia. 150 is a safe general use tank range, probably 200 touring. Welcome to the forum.
Indeed. Can be stretched to 200 touring, for spirited use fill up at 150 miles, track days a good deal less.
Thanks for the replies, it's not about mpg it's all about tank range, I ideally like a range of 200 miles for me a Sunday run
