fulled up to the top this morning, parked bike outside work in the heat and just found drops of fuel under the front fairing . deffo fuel. any ideas? is it an overflow. my extended warranty run out last week and i decided not to renew...
Probably just fuel vapour condensing and running out. Sun heats tank, fuel evaporates, down breather and turns back to fluid.
Likely the vapor hose as stated above. The vapor hose from the fuel tank attaches to a nipple on the air extractor in the area shown in your photo. If fuel was leaking from the tank into the airbox it would exit through a drip tube further to the rear on the extractor.
