What is it with this fulfilment fee? is it not enough that I have paid a premium for the ticket? what with booking fee and now a fulfilment fee!! I remember a few years ago buying a couple of tickets and they wanted to charge me two booking fees? I told her I was only making one booking but she went to tell me if I booked online I would only pay one booking fee so it was a quick bye and hung up.
Last time I booked tickets they charged me an extra £8 for Special Delivery with tracking. When the tickets finally turned up they were franked with second class. Charming!
