  1. Hi peeps , as per title , does anybody have any experience with both of these as i'm looking for a sat nav for my ktm . Is the higher price worth paying for the 595lm :upyeah:

  2. Higher price is always better, if only for the bragging rights ;)

    That's why we all ride Ducati's :)

  3. I bought the 395LM for my girlfriend for Christmas mainly because Currys were doing it on special offer. The journey software is the same as the 595, it’s the fancy telephone connectivity you don’t get which my girlfriend wouldn’t use anyway. The 5” screen would have been nice but there isn’t room for it on the bike and we also have access to a library of routes, the majority of which are for the Garmin. Andy

  4. I like the smaller 395, when stopped it goes in jacket pocket more easily. Screen plenty big enough.

  5. I have the 595. I bought it for the phone/music connectivity and the livetrack stuff. I bought mine on offer, quite a fair bit under full retail which was supposed to be around the £600 mark iirc. Made it a lot smaller jump price wise from the 395. It’s also pretty robust having fell off (user error!) at a fair clip while on my Blackbird suffering minor scratches. There was a 595 for sale on here a couple of weeks ago.....

  6. 595; with a touratech locking mount.

  7. Surely it depends on your use? I have a 390 on multistrada and find it great. I use it for Lesiure rides around Wales and pottering around town. I haven’t used it for a serious tour. Equally I let my Sena handle calls and music duties. I’m more than satisfied with it.

  8. I have 395 on the multi, does everything except live traffic which would be a bonus if available as standard on the 595

  9. I have a 395 I think, LOL . Been used all across europe fine . Mate had a 595lm or maybe one higher? His has the curvy routes option which worked great on a couple of occasions when we couldn't be arsed to plan a route for the day in spain .
