Used, but no damage or marks and both are in full working order. RRP of buying both new is £565 (£430 for the XT and £135 for the mount). All original parts included, RAM mounts, car mount, fitting hardware, instructions, etc. Garmin comes with original box, Touratech does not. I love the routing options, glove friendlyness and improved reliability over smartphone. The locking mount also gives peace of mind about forgetting to take sat nav / phone off the bike when parked up. It also physically holds the sat nav in place very securely, with no chance of it falling out... i'd never trust the little Garmin supplied mount on it's own! I've used it for last couple of years and its taken me on some great trips / routes. Where I had it on my bike the windscreen shielded it from rain even when stopped, and at home my bike was garaged, so it really is all in great condition. Only selling as my next bike is going to be something I ride much more locally, rather than multi-day tours.
