1200 DVT Getting My Dvt 1200s Tomorrow!!! Finally

  1. Hello Riders!

    Finally the waits over ( since booking in August) the first of the Indian Multistrada's are here and getting
    my very own 1200S on Wed
    :hearteyes:

    Are there any specifics that I need to check or watch out for?

  2. Hi vikram,

    Congrats! Which one did you get? And with ore without extra's?

    First thing you neem to check is the dash. Mine whas scratched already when out of the box, and checking the forum reveals i'm not the only one.

    Updates will be ckecked and done by your dealer, so hopefully no worries there.

  4. Take a look at the upper exhaust muffler, it should'nt touch the rear
    footpeg. When it does, it will damage the muffler for sure.
    Mine was damaged that way after the first ride home from the dealer(20km).
    There should be a gap between them (5-10mm).Mine was replaced under
    warranty(known factory issue).Made me wonder about the factory quality
    controle(audi)
