Hello all! Nice forum! I am looking to buy a touring bike and I was between the GS1200 and the Multistrada! I have test driven GS, Multistrada 1200 S 2016 and the Multistrada enduro and I have decided to go for the S! I am now between the 2017 and the 2016 models, colours, packages etc and I am trying to find the better deal to get one. I bother a bit about the mid-range issue on 2016 model. Are there any other well known issues on that version?
Welcome Dave. If you can get a good deal on a 2016 (with a 2017 plate ) I'd go for that. Unless you are Valentino Rossi and can tell the difference And if you are Valentino Rossi, I apologise
Welcome, Fellow newbie here. I went 2017 Multi 1200 S and am entirely happy with the bike. Plenty of power, really comfy, loads of safety nets to stop me from being a total numpty. Go on......do it!
