@rhubarb and custard I remember a guy in my local showing me that on his phone, after "Nippy Sweetie" lowered the drink driving limit up here in Jockland. Really good example to show how the power of brain washing......Cough, Cough.......advertising......and how it can brain wash..........Cough Cough...persuade and change attitudes. Not saying right or wrong but how it was viewed then and now always amaze me. I seen in the paper Kenny McCaskill wants them lowered further, to stop the "hard core" of people who persist in drinking and driving. Even a dullard like me can see the idiocy of that policy. Must get that Cough seen to.
