Just bought the '16 ST and as I'm limited on time before going on an Ireland tour so need to wire in my tomtom rider power cradle I prefer to hard wire in rather than the plug in accessory socket as these are prone to blowing the internal fuse at best of times (although I've learnt how to replace these now without paying for a new cradle!) Where's the hard wire adaptor points- LHS front somewhere? Also what type of accessory sockets are the 'small' cigarette style adaptors? Thanks
Search the forum, thnk it was andyw put up how to and pics, but yes lhs there is a plug already wired, you just need ti wire and solder satnav leads to the wires that are heat shrunk
If you remove the centre pin lock cover, and then the left hand side thin grey trim, you'll see the connectors. Satnav is the white one. Cut off the end and solder your wire on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
