Bloody hell the multistrada is good! Having evolved from the s4rs monster I can honestly say its brilliant. As flickable as a twist and go with the proformance of a super bike. Just that beak... Still one doesn't look at the mantle piece when poking the fire! proformance

Nah they are crap. Can't stand mine. Pile of slow crap. Rides terrible. Looks even worse. Biggest mistake I made. Glad I have a broken arm to stop me having to ride it.
LOL, yep I've suspired a few sports bike riders to, I think it must be easier to flick a bike through the lanes if your sat more upright, I cant ever remember my R1 feeling so planted and safe into some of the corners I went around last weekend.
Quick as it is, point to point my 848 with me on both would be quicker. But I'd be sweating more...and tbh grinning more too...
You see I reckon for me on the road it's the opposite. The multi feels more commanding on the road for me, maybe it's the ride height or maybe it's my size/height as I do chuck it about like a big motard. Superbikes are quicker without question and on track I'd still rather stick with my R1, but the multi just feels like a much better road hooning tool, less focused and therefor more comfortable and planted on uneven road. I'd don't question the road surface on the multi, I just whack it in to the bend and let the suspension travel do its thing
