Rode up into Lancashire for about four hours. Mixture of roads - A's, B's, motorway, town, sweeping corners, straights, tight bends, potholes, brand new blacktop etc. It was brilliant. And tomorrow I plan to do it all again but this time heading east
Sounds good, I was out early too, roads dead quiet. Stopped in Lahinch by the seaside for double espresso and croissant, bike much ogled at:smile: Then spent the afternoon polishing and drooling over it. Its a Ducati thing.............................:biggrin:
Shorter blast out on the fuglystrada, but no less enjoyable for that. The Ducati's anathema to my barge-like Triumph, and a great antidote to all the motorway miles I've covered recently. 50 miles had me sweating like a paedophile in a playground...
Also had a nice 100+ mile ride today. The sky kept looking threatening but that's as bad as it got. By the time we got home the sun was out and it was bloody hot! Great ride, but then, on the 848 it always is! :tongue:
